NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 10th day of June, next.

Wharekaka Block. Section "49," 451 acres 2
roods.—In occupation of JOHN MARTIN, the
Applicant. 716.

Wellington. Section "576," and parts of Sections
575 and 577, 2 acres 2¾ perches. Bounded—North,
245 links, by Section 578, and 85 links by other part
