Now therefore, I, George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority in that behalf vested in me by
the said Act, do hereby reappoint

The Honorable EDWARD WILLIAM STAFFORD,
F.R.G.S., M.H.R.,
and do further appoint

The Honorable WALTER BALDOCK DURANT
MANTELL, F.G.S., M.L.C.,
to be Governors of the institution called the New
Zealand Institute.

Given under the hand of His Excellency
the Most Honorable George Augustus
Constantine, Marquis of Normanby,
Earl of Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby,
and Baron Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in
the County of York, in the Peerage of
the United Kingdom; and Baron Mul-
grave of New Ross, in the County of
Wexford, in the Peerage of Ireland; a
Member of Her Majesty's Most Honor-
able Privy Council; Knight Commander
of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and
its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of
the same; at the Government House
at Wellington, this thirteenth day of

Place and Time appointed for Vaccination.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1872," I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
place mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be the place at which the Public
Vaccinator appointed for the district mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall attend for
the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that such Public
Vaccinator will attend at the place aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such vaccination, on the day
and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the name of such place; and
further, that at such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend for the purpose of
inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated on the day and at the hours
respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of such place.

Bonus on Colonial Industries.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 8th January, 1875.

IN compliance with a Resolution of the House of
Representatives passed on the 26th of August,
1874, a Bonus is hereby offered for the encourage-
ment of certain Colonial Industries, and the follow-
ing modifications are hereby made in the terms of
the previous advertisements from this office dated
the 18th November, 1872, and 22nd July, 1873,
namely,-

POTTERY WARE.
BONUS OF Β£300.

For the manufacture in works permanently estab-
lished in the colony of the first Β£2,000 worth of
Pottery Ware suitable for household purposes.

Conditions.

  1. Notice of intention to claim the bonus must be
    given to the Colonial Secretary before the 31st of
    December, 1875.

  2. The bonus must be claimed before the 30th of
    June, 1876.
