the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Puketui Gold Mining Company"
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Puketui Gold
Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operations is at Pakirarahi Block, adjoining
the Tairua Claim, District of Hauraki South, in the Province
of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Davy and Albert Streets, Grahamstown. - The nominal capital of the Company is eleven thousand
pounds sterling, in eleven thousand shares of one pound sterling
each. - The number of shares subscribed for is eleven thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.

the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Morning Light
Quartz Mining Company, Limited." - The place of intended operations is at the Mohikinui Reefs.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Westport, in the Province of Nelson. - The nominal capital of the Company is Β£24,000, in 24,000
shares of Β£l each. - The number of shares subscribed for is 24,000, being not
less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the Com-
pany. - The number of paid-up shares is none.
- The amount already paid up on the entire number of
