York Gold Mining Company, Limited," has this
day been removed from Albert Street, Grahamstown,
to Wyndham Street, in the City of Auckland; and that
Mr. HENRY NELSON GARLAND has been appointed
Manager to the Company, in place of Mr. Walter
Dowden, resigned.

WAIRARAPA BOILING DOWN COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that a General
Meeting of "The Wairarapa Boiling Down
Company, Limited," will be held at the Institute,
Greytown, on the 19th of June next, at 2 p.m., when
the following Resolution will be submitted for con-
firmation: "That the Company be voluntarily
wound-up under the provisions of "The Joint Stock
Companies Act, 1860."

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership
business of Ironmongers for some time past
carried on by the undersigned at Christchurch, Pro-
vince of Canterbury, under the style or firm of
"S. and H. Nashelski," was dissolved by mutual
consent on the first day of February, 1875; and
that Mr. Solomon Nashelski, who will continue the
business, is alone empowered to settle all debts
due to and by the said Copartnership.

In the matter of a Bill to be intituled "The Kai-
tangata Railway and Coal Company (Limited)
Empowering Act, 1875."
NOTICE is hereby given, that application will be
made at the next ensuing Session of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, for leave to bring
in a Bill to be entitled "The Kaitangata Railway and
Coal Company (Limited) Empowering Act, 1875," the
objects of such application being to validate and con-
firm the constitution of the said Company, as expressed
in its Memorandum and Articles of Association; to
legalize the acts and proceedings of the said Company
and the Directors thereof; to empower the said Com-
pany to construct and maintain and work, with loco-
motive and other engines and rolling stock, a line or
lines of railway from the Dunedin and Clutha Railway,
at a point situate at Stirling, in the Province of Otago,
to Kaitangata, in the same province; to purchase com-
pulsorily any lands or houses required for the pur-
poses of the said Railway, or within the limits of
deviation thereof; to construct and maintain wharves
and jetties in connection with the said Railway and
other the works and property of the Company on the
Clutha River, at or near Kaitangata aforesaid; to
sell or lease the undertaking and works, and to levy
tolls, rates, and duties, and to confer, vary, or ex-
tinguish exemptions from payment of tolls, rates, and
duties, to divert watercourses and navigable rivers,
and to use and, if necessary, alter the levels of any
public roadway or street, and to confer, vary, and
extinguish other rights and privileges necessary or
expedient for all or any of the purposes of the said
undertaking and works.
And notice is hereby also given, that in the said Bill
provision will be made to enable the Colonial Govern-
ment of New Zealand and Provincial Government of
Otago, separately or conjointly, to sell, lease, or give
to the Company, for the purposes of the said under-
taking and works, lands held by or in trust for the
uses of either of the said Governments, and to enter
into agreements for granting to the said Company
