LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN WIL-
LIAM BURRELL ORD, ARCHIBALD
MCDOUGALL ORD, and JAMES ORD, all
of the Clutha District, in the Province of
Otago, Sheep Farmers, have made application to
the District Land Registrar of the District of
Otago to be registered as proprietors of all that
piece of land, being Section numbered 110R, Block
XVIII., on the map of the said Clutha District, as

Devisees under the Will of Thomas Thompson Ord,
late of the Clutha District aforesaid, Sheep Farmer,
deceased; and that the said John William Burrell
Ord, Archibald McDougall Ord, and James Ord' will
be registered as such proprietors, unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within six calendar
months from the date of the publication of this
notice.
Dated this third day of May, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-five, at the Lands Registry
