ignited, is capable of producing a dangerous ex-
plosion; and the whole of the Regulations aforesaid
shall apply to gunpowder as so defined, provided the
total quantity (in however small packages) shall
exceed fifty pounds.

  1. The regular gunpowder anchorage referred to
    in the 87th clause of the said Regulations shall mean
    that part of any harbour or anchorage which has
    been or shall have been regularly set apart by the
    Superintendent, under Proclamation in the Gazette
    of the province of which he is Superintendent, or, in
    the case of such harbour or anchorage not being in
    any province, in the New Zealand Gazette, as a gun-
    powder anchorage; and the "magazine" referred to
    in the 90th and 91st clauses of the said Regulations,
    shall mean any magazine or magazines which have or
    shall have been proclaimed public magazines in
    manner aforesaid.

  2. The limitations of regulations and definition of
    terms which form the first section of the above re-
    cited Harbour and Quarantine Regulations, shall
    apply to these additional regulations.
