NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act,
1870,” unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
ANDREW LUFF, Napier, Applicant.—83 acres
1 rood 34 perches, Suburban Sections 10 and 11,
Havelock.
ANDREW THOMSON, Turakina, Applicant.—
25 perches, part of Town Section 122, Napier;
fronting Tennyson Street 100 links, by a depth of

hereinafter described will be brought under the
provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless
caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding the
same.
Part of Sections fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) of
Block fourteen (XIV.) of the Invercargill Hundred,
containing fifty-one acres two roods and two perches,
more or less. Bounded—(commencing at a point on
the north-west boundary of said Section 15 distant
1050 links from the north-west corner of said section)
on the North by other parts of said Sections 14 and
15, 4861 links; thence on the East by other part of
said Section 14, used as a roadway, 1050 links; on
the South by other parts of said Sections 14 and 15,
4861 links; and thence on the West by Section 16,
1050 links, to the commencing point. Applicant,

cargill, Settler.
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after the gazetting of this notice.
