NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

THOMAS HENRY PRATT, of Blenheim, in the
Province of Marlborough, Carpenter, Applicant.-1
rood 3 perches, being part of Section "1085" on the
plan of the City of Nelson, having a frontage to Van
Dieman's Street of 76 feet; commencing at a point
measured 76 feet from the corner of Van Dieman
and Waimea Streets, and extending backwards at
right angles thereto, 156 feet. Bounded-on the
North by Van Dieman's Street; on the East by
Section 1086 on the said plan; on the South and
West by other part of said Section "1085."
