LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.
One acre one rood and twelve perches, being
Allotment 25 on subdivision of Rural Section No. 4
in the Omaka District.—WILLIAM JEFFRIES,
Applicant.
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after publication of this notice.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

Diseases of the Chest, Senior Physician to the Victoria
Hospital for Sick Children, and Physician Accoucheur's
Assistant to University College Hospital, London,
hereby give notice that I intend to practise my
profession in Auckland, and that I have lodged the
originals of the above degree and diplomas, for the
space of one month, with Mr. Wayland, at the Regis-
tration Office; at the expiration of which month I
shall claim to have the said degree and diplomas
registered in New Zealand in accordance with the
Act of the Government of New Zealand.

past usually gone by and acknowledged.
