NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged within one calendar
month from the publication of this notice, forbidding
the same.

JOHN OCTAVIUS WESTERN, Applicant.-
14 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, part Accom-
modation Section 43, Waitohi District. Bounded
on the North by Crown land 860 links and 850 links
respectively, and by Section 41, 950 links; on the
East by Crown land 900 links, and by a public road
578 links; on the South by other part of said Sec-
tion 43, 1540 links; and on the South-west by the
proposed Railway line, 1680 links and 110 links re-
spectively. Also 13 acres 1 rood, other part of said
Section 43, adjoining the before-described land on the
South. Bounded on the East by a public road 1380
links and 320 links respectively; on the South-west
by the proposed Railway line 270, 500, 215, and
