aforesaid, and called or known by the name of Karu-
hiruhi, containing by admeasurement five thousand
two hundred and eighty (5280) acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the North by lines commencing at
Kohuka, on the Wirinaki River, one thousand eight
hundred (1800) links, and three thousand four
hundred (3400) links to Mataronui; towards the
East by lines three hundred and twelve (312) links,
three hundred and eight (308) links, three hundred
and sixty-four (364) links, three hundred (300)
links, five hundred and five (505) links, and one
hundred and seventy-two (172) links to Tutetaua;
again towards the North by lines three thousand
one hundred and fifty (3150) links, three thousand
nine hundred and forty-six (3946) links, to the
Wharekauwhire River; towards the North-east by
the Wharekauwhire River, and by a line seven
thousand eight hundred and sixty-five (7865) links to
the Pukekoha; again towards the East by lines

vince of Auckland, called or known by the name of
Pungaere, containing by admeasurement seven thou-
sand one hundred and eighty-four (7184) acres, more
or less, numbered 582N. Bounded towards the
North by land the property of Sarah King, two
thousand nine hundred and ninety-five (2995) links,
one thousand (1000) links, seven hundred and eighty-
one (781) links, and four hundred and twenty-six
(426) links, by Crown land five hundred and twenty-

two (522) links, eight hundred and thirty-nine (839)
links, eight hundred and thirty-two (832) links, seven
hundred and forty-three (743) links, five hundred
and ninety-four (594) links, three hundred and sixty-
six (366) links, nine hundred and thirty-eight (938)

TE PAPA.

All that piece of land situate at Te Kere Kere,
named Te Papa, containing one hundred and twenty-
seven (127) acres, more or less, the boundaries of
which are as follows:-Commencing at the boundary
line of the Government block known as Pukututu;
it then follows the Okura Creek until it empties
itself into the Keri Keri River; it follows that
river until it joins the Mangatawhai proper; from
thence until it meets at the commencing point at
the Pukututu boundary. The small island at the
entrance of the river (Te Korau) is included in this
purchase by the Government.
