All that parcel of land in the Province of Auck-
land, containing by measurement nineteen thousand
five hundred (19500) acres, more or less, situate in
the Bay of Islands District, County of Hokianga, being
called or known by the name of the Hukerenui
Block, and numbered 2967. Bounded towards the
North and North-east by the Ruapekapeka Block, one
thousand nine hundred and eighty-five (1985) links,
six hundred and ninety-four (694) links, one thou-
sand nine hundred and two (1902) links, eight hun-
dred and eighty-six (886) links, one thousand one
hundred and twenty (1120) links, four hundred and
fifty (450) links, one thousand and seventy-five
(1075) links, nine hundred and one (901) links, two
thousand five hundred and fourteen (2514) links,
three hundred and eighty-four (384) links, three
hundred and sixty-six (366) links, three hundred and

and ninety (44090) links to Waireporepo; and
towards the North-west by a line nineteen thousand
two hundred and seventy (19270) links; and by the
Mohinui Block, one thousand six hundred and four-
teen (1614) links, one thousand six hundred and
thirty (1630) links, one thousand eight hundred and
forty (1840) links, two thousand four hundred and
twenty-five (2425) links, two hundred and sixty
(260) links, two hundred and sixteen (216) links,
three hundred and eighty-two (382) links, one hun-
dred and eighty (180) links, two hundred and seventy-

OKAHU.
All that parcel of land in the Province of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by
admeasurement two thousand four hundred and
eight (2408) acres, more or less, situate at Wai-
werawera, in the District of Mahurangi, County of
Marsden, being called or known by the name of
Okahu, and numbered eighty-six (86). Bounded
towards the North by Te Pukapuka Block, three
hundred and seventy-two (372) links, three thousand
and ninety (3090) links, six hundred and eighty
(680) links, two hundred and forty-two (242) links,
three hundred and twenty-eight (328) links, five
hundred and five (505) links, seven hundred and
thirty-one (731) links, and three thousand six hun-
dred and eighty (3680) links, and by the Huawai
Block, two thousand three hundred and thirty (2330)
links; towards the East by the Puhoi Block; to-
wards the South by the Waiwerawera River; towards
the South-west by a line eight thousand seven hun-
dred and eighty (8780) links; and towards the West
by a line seventeen thousand six hundred and fifty-
five (17655) links.
Save and excepting, nevertheless, out of the con-
veyance and assurance, so much and such portions
of said parcel of land as are specified in the Schedule
hereto.
Schedule above referred to.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of the said
Okahu Block, containing eighteen (18) acres, more
or less, conveyed to one Meaney by deed dated
the fifth day of November, one thousand eight hun-
dred and sixty-six (1866), and registered in the
Deeds Register Office for the Province of Auckland,
under number 3298B.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of the said
Okahu Block, containing twenty-six (26) acres, more
or less, conveyed to one George Ryan by deed
dated the eleventh day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six (1866), and registered
as aforesaid under number 3378B.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of said Okahu
Block, containing twelve (12) acres, more or less,
conveyed to one Michael Meaney by deed dated the
eleventh day of December, one thousand eight hun-
dred and sixty-six (1866), and registered as afore-
said under number 3379B.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of the said
Okahu Block, containing forty-seven (47) acres, more
or less, conveyed to William Smith and Alexander
Smith by deed dated the sixteenth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy (1870), and regis-
tered as aforesaid under number 5993B.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of the said
Okahu Block, containing six (6) acres and three
roods, more or less, conveyed to one Christopher
Nolan by deed dated the twenty-fourth day of
March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one
(1871), and registered as aforesaid under number
6223B.
All that piece or parcel of land, part of the said
Okahu Block, containing twenty-one (21) acres,
more or less. Bounded towards the North by a line
one thousand one hundred (1100) links; towards the
North-east by lines seven hundred and fifty (750)
links and one hundred and ninety (190) links; to-
wards the East by a line three hundred and
seventy-two (372) links; towards the South by lines
one hundred and sixty (160) links, three hundred
and forty (340) links, and three hundred and
twenty-two (322) links, two hundred and
twenty-two (222) links, two hundred and twenty
(220) links, three hundred and thirty-five (335) links,
three hundred (300) links; and towards the
West by a line one thousand two hundred (1200)
links.
MARUNUI.
All that block of land called or known by the
name of the Marunui Block, situate in the
District of Kaipara, containing by admeasurement
two thousand one hundred and sixty (2160) acres,
more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by
Government land, nineteen thousand six hundred
and eight (19608) links; towards the East by land
granted to Mr. Henry; towards the North-east by
