I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The New Scotty's Hill Gold Mining
Company, Limited," as a Limited Company, under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be "The New Scotty's
    Hill Gold Mining Company, Limited."
  2. The place of operations is at Coromandel, in the Province
    of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    the corner of Queen Street and West Queen Street, Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is three thousand
    pounds, in six thousand shares of ten shillings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is six thousand,
    being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is one thousand five
    hundred.
  7. The amount already paid up is seven hundred and fifty
    pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Moritz Samuel Leers.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are

an increase in the Capital of the above-named
Company was, on the ninth day of June, 1874, re-
solved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing
5,700 (five thousand seven hundred) new shares, with
a liability of Β£1 (one pound) each, in addition to the
5,700 (five thousand seven hundred) paid-up shares
now existing in the Company.
