  1. WAIMEA EAST DISTRICT.
    Bounded by the low watermark of the Waimea
    Mud Flats, from the mouth of the River Waimea to
    the north-west angle of Section No. 1, Suburban
    South; thence by the boundary line of the City of
    Nelson and Suburban North Districts; thence by the
    boundary line between the Nelson and Marlborough
    Provinces to a point on the main range about two
    miles south of Mount Rintoul; thence by a line
    drawn north-west from the point on the main range
    until it strikes the River Lee; thence by the River
    Lee to its junction with the River Waimea; and
    thence by the River Waimea to its mouth at low
    watermark on the Waimea Mud Flats, including
    islands Nos. 1 and 2, 179A, and other islands in the
    Waimea River.

  2. SUBURBAN NORTH DISTRICT.
    Bounded by the sea from the Lighthouse on the
    Boulder Bank to Point Dickens; thence by the sea
    line from Point Dickens to the head of that arm of
    Tennyson Inlet which approaches nearest to Squally
    Cove, Croixelles Harbour; thence by the boundary
    line between the Nelson and Marlborough Provinces
    to a point on the main range about two miles south
    of the Dun Mountain; thence by a line drawn north-
    west from the point on the main range until it
    strikes the Brook Street Stream; thence by the said
    stream to the boundary of the City of Nelson Dis-
    trict; and thence by the boundaries of the City of
    Nelson District to the Lighthouse on the Boulder
    Bank, including D'Urville, the Chetwode, and other
    adjacent islands within the Province of Nelson, and
    excepting the City of Nelson District herein next
    defined.

  3. CITY OF NELSON DISTRICT.
    Bounded by a line drawn from the Lighthouse on
    the Boulder Bank to the south-west angle of section
    numbered 1 on the plan of Suburban North; thence
    by the southern boundary of the said section; thence
    by the boundaries of Block A, in the Wakatu
    District, to the bank of the River Maitai; thence by
    the western boundary of section numbered 11 on the
    plan of the Maitai Valley; thence by the eastern
    boundaries of block B, in the Wakatu District;
    thence by the boundaries of Sections numbered 1 and
    4 on the plan of the Brook Street Valley; thence by
    the northern boundary of Section numbered 7 on the
    plan of Brook Street Valley; thence by the northern
    boundary of Sections numbered XII., 7, 6, 11, and
    part of 12, on the plan of Suburban South, to the
    Britannia Heights; thence by the eastern boundary
    of Sections numbered 4 and 1 on the plan of
    Suburban South; thence by the northern boundary
    of the said Section 1 to high watermark, Nelson
    Haven; thence by a line to the south-west angle
    of Fifeshire Island, and thence by the outer edge
    of the Boulder Bank to the Lighthouse.

  4. WAIMEA WEST DISTRICT.
    Starting from where the River Baton intersects
    the Waimea South boundary, following the River
    Bator to its junction with the River Motueka;
    thence by a straight line to the northern angle of the
    reserve of the Village of Thorpe; thence in a straight
    line to the road lying between Sections 62 and 153,
    Moutere; thence by a line in the same direction to
    the coast at low watermark; thence to the Waimea
    River; thence to its junction with the Wai-iti;
    thence by the Wai-iti to the junction of the Pigeon
    Valley Stream thence by the Waimea South
    boundary to the point where it is intersected by the
    Baton, including the islands not included in the
    Waimea East District.

  5. MOTUEKA DISTRICT.
    Bounded by a line following the main ridge from
    Mount Arthur to Separation Point; thence by the
    coast line at low watermark, including the islands
    adjacent thereto, to the Waimea West District;
    thence by the Waimea West District and the
    Waimea South District to Mount Arthur.

  6. TAKAKA DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North by the high water-
    mark of Golden Bay, from the mouth of the River
    Pariwhaka-aho in Section numbered 79, Section 13, to
    Separation Point; thence on the East by the western
    boundary of the Motueka District to the summit
    of Mount Arthur; thence towards the South-west
    by a straight line drawn to the summit of Mount
    Snowden; thence towards the West by a straight line
    drawn to the summit of Slate River Peak; and hence
    towards the North-west by a straight line drawn to
    the mouth of the River Pariwhaka-aho, at the
    starting point; including the island at the mouths
    of the Rivers Takaka and Motupipi.

  7. AORERE DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North, North-west, and
    West by the high watermark of Golden Bay, from
    the mouth of the River Pariwhaka-aho as above
    defined round Cape Farewell, including the Sand-
    spit to the mouth of the River Heaphy on the West
    Coast; thence towards the South by a straight line
    drawn from the mouth of the River Heaphy to the
    summit of Mount Domett; thence towards the East
    by the western boundary of the Takaka District.
    Excluding the Town of Collingwood District herein
    next defined.

  8. TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD DISTRICT.
    Comprising all that area situate within a circle,
    the radius of which is one mile in length, measured
    from the Resident Magistrate's Court House at
    Collingwood.

  9. BULLER DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the North from the mouth of the
    River Heaphy by the southern boundary of the
    Aorere District; on the North-east by the south-
    western boundary of the Takaka District to Mount
    Arthur; thence on the Eastward by the western
    boundary of the Waimea South District, and from
    the south-western angle of the last-named district by
    a line to a point on the Papahaua Range, at the head
    of the River Mokihinui; thence along the Papahaua
    Range to a point on the River Buller two miles
    below its junction with the Inangahua; thence fol-
    lowing the River Buller down to its junction with
    the Blackwater; thence up the Blackwater to its
    source, and on to the Paparoha Range to a point on
    the eastern boundary of the Charleston District at
    the head of the River Nile; thence along the range in
    a northerly direction to Buckland Peaks; thence fol-
    lowing the watershed between the Rivers Okari and
    Totara to the mouth of the Totara River; and
    thence following the coast line to the mouth of the
    River Heaphy, from whence this description com-
    menced; excluding the Town of Westport District,
    herein next defined.

  10. TOWN OF WESTPORT DISTRICT.
    Bounded on the Northward by the high water-
    mark of the South Pacific Ocean; on the Eastward
    partly by a straight line, bearing 155Β° 53', drawn
    from the aforesaid high water-mark in the direction
    of Domett Street to the north-east corner of the
