32. CAMBRIDGE DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North-east by the centre of the
Mangaone and Mangaomapu Rivers to its junction
with the road fronting Lot 58, in the Parish of Hau-
tapu; on the North by the centre of the said road
to its junction with a road forming the western
boundary of Lots 181 and 180 in the said parish;
thence on the West by the centre of the said road;
on the North-east by the centre of proposed tramway
fronting said Lot 180; again on the West by the
western boundary of Lot 178; again on the North by
the northern boundary of lots 178 and 177; again on
the West and North by the west and north bound-
aries of Lot 174; again on the West and North by
the centre of a road forming the western and northern
boundary of Lot 171, in the said parish; again on the
West by western boundary of Lots 172 and 173;
again on the North by northern boundary of Lot 173
in the said parish, and the same line produced to its
intersection with the boundary line of the confiscated
territory; on the North-east by the boundary of the

said confiscated territory to Kopuahau; on the South-
east by the confiscation boundary line to its junction
with the Waikato River; on the South and South-
west by the centre of said river to its junction with
the Tamahere Creek; thence by the centre of said
creek to its junction with Mangaone Stream.

33. KIRIKIRIROA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the Mangawara
and Komakorau Rivers from the Waikato River to
the south-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 440 of
the Parish of Komakorau; thence by a right line
bearing due east to the north-eastern boundary of
the confiscated territory; towards the East by the
confiscation boundary last described; towards the
South-east by a right line bearing south-west from
the confiscation boundary before mentioned to the
Tamahere Creek; thence by said creek to the Wai-
kato River; and towards the South, West, and North
by the Waikato River to the Mangawara River, the
place of commencement.

34. HAMILTON DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North-east by the centre of the
Waikato River; on the South-east by the north-west
boundary of the Pukekura Highways District; on the
South by the northern boundary of the Punui Dis-
trict; on the West and South by the east and north
boundary of the Mangapiko Highways District; on
the West and South-west by the east and north-east
boundaries of the Whatawhata Highways District;
and on the North-west by the south-eastern boundary
of the Newcastle Highways District.

35. NEWCASTLE DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the southern bound-
ary of Allotment No. 15 of the Parish of Pepepe,
and by the Awa-o-te-Atua River to the Waikato
River; towards the North-east by the centre of the
Waikato River, from the Tutaekohia Creek to the
north-western boundary of the Parish of Pukete;
towards the South-east by part of the north-western
boundary of the Parish of Pukete aforesaid, from the
Waikato River before mentioned to the centre of the
road which forms the eastern boundary of Allotment
No. 91 of the Parish of Horotiu; again towards the
North-east by the centre of the last-named road, and
by the centre of the road which forms part of the
northern boundary of Allotment No. 146 and the
whole of the northern boundary of Allotment No.
147 of the Parish of Pukete, and by said road con-
tinued south-easterly to the north-eastern angle of
Allotment No. 90 of the parish last named; thence
easterly by the centre of the road which forms the
eastern boundary of Allotment No. 90 aforesaid, the
eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 91, 93, 94, and
96, to the northern boundary of the Parish of Tuhi-
karamea; towards the South by the centre of the
road which forms the northern boundary of the
Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid, to the north-eastern
angle of Allotment No. 82 of the Parish of Tuhi-
karamea; towards the East by the eastern boundary
of Allotment No. 82 last mentioned, and the eastern
boundaries of Allotments No. 83, 84, 85, and 86, to
the centre of the road which forms the eastern bound-
aries of Allotments Nos. 67, 66, 54, and 55, of the
parish aforesaid, and by the centre of said road last
described to its junction with the road at the south-
eastern angle of Allotment No. 55 aforesaid; towards
the South by the centre of the road forming the
south-western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 55, 53,
52, 51, 48, 47, 46, and 45 of the Parish of Tuhi-
karamea, and by the centre of the road forming the
south-eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 26, 25,
24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 20A, 19, and 18, of the parish
aforesaid, to the Waipa River; and towards the West
