ship of Papakura; thence following the south-eastern
boundary of that township to the waters of the
Manukau Harbour, and by high watermark of the
Manukau Harbour to the south-eastern boundary of
the Pakuranga District previously described; and
towards the North-west by the south-eastern bound-
ary of the Pakuranga District aforesaid, from the
Manukau Harbour to the mouth of the Wairoa
River at the northern boundary of the Parish of
Wairoa, the place of commencement.

26. RAMARAMA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North-east by part of the
south-western boundary of the Papakura District
previously described, from the south-eastern boundary
of the Township of Papakura to the Maungatawhiri
River, and by that river to its confluence with the
Waikato River; towards the South-east by the
Waikato River aforesaid to the line of tramway
known as the Mauku and Waikato tramway; towards
the South-west by the Mauku and Waikato line of
tramway aforesaid from the Waikato River before
named to the waters of the Manukau Harbour; and
towards the North-west by the waters of the Manukau
Harbour aforesaid from the Mauku and Waikato line
of tramway to the south-eastern boundary of the
Township of Papakura to the place of commence-
ment.

27. WAIUKU DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North and North-east by
high watermark of the Manukau entrance and the
waters of the Manukau Harbour to the Mauku and
Waikato line of tramway, and by said line of tramway
to the Waikato River; towards the South-east by
the Waikato River aforesaid from the Mauku and
Waikato line of tramway to the sea; and towards
the South-west by high watermark of the sea to the
Manukau entrance, the place of commencement; in-
cluding all islands in the Waikato River.

28. RAGLAN DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the left bank of
the Waikato; towards the East by a line running
from the south-eastern angle of Camerontown to the
summit of and along the watershed between the
Rivers Waikato and Waipa to Pirongia; towards the
South by a straight line from Pirongia aforesaid to
the most easterly source of the Mokomoko River,
and by that river to the waters of Aotea Harbour;
hence along high watermark of the harbour to the
south head of Aotea Harbour; and towards the West
by the sea from the said south head by high water-
mark of the sea to the south head at Waikato Heads.

29. KAWHIA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the Raglan District; on
the East from Pirongia by the summit of the water-
shed between the Waipa River and the West Coast,
and by a line bearing South 22Β° East to the most
northerly point of the Province of Taranaki; thence
towards the south-west and south by the boundary
of the said Province to the mouth of the River
Mokau; and towards the West by high watermark
of the sea from the mouth of the said River Mokau
to the south head of Aotea Harbour.

30. MANGAPIKO DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the centre of the
road which forms the south-eastern boundaries of
Allotments Nos. 18, 19, 20, 201, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
and 26 of the Parish of Tuhikaramea, and by the
centre of the road which forms the south-western
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48, 51, 52,
53, and 55 of the parish last named; towards the
East by the centre of the road which form the eastern
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 140, 142, 146A., and
part of the eastern boundary of 147, all of the Parish
of Tuhikaramea aforesaid, to the north-western angle
of Allotment No. 214; thence by the centre of the
road forming the northern boundary of allotment
No. 214, the eastern boundary of said lot, and the
eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 213, 212, 211,
and 210 to the northern boundary of allotment
No. 314, all of the Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid;
again towards the North by the northern boundary
of Allotment No. 314 aforesaid, and by said northern
boundary produced easterly in a straight line to the
parish boundary of Te Rapa; again towards the East
by part of the western boundary of the Parish of Te
Rapa aforesaid, to the north-western angle of Allot-
ment No. 352 of the Parish of Ngaroto; thence by
the line which forms the western boundary of Allot-
ment No. 352 aforesaid, and the western boundary
of Allotments Nos. 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339,
340, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350,
and 351 of the said parish to the north-eastern angle
of Allotment No. 135 of the parish aforesaid; thence
by the centre of the road which forms the south-
western boundary of Allotments Nos. 300, 299, and
298, and part of the south-western boundary of Allot-
ment No. 297 continuing the south-western boundary
of said Lot 297 to the margin of Lake Ngaroto;
thence traversing the north-eastern margin of the said
lake to the south-western angle of Allotment No. 54
of the Parish of Mangapiko; thence by the southern
boundary of said Allotment No. 54, and the southern
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 53 and 52 to the south-
eastern angle of Allotment No. 52 aforesaid; thence
by part of the western boundary of Allotments Nos.
51 and 50, and part of the northern boundary of
Lot No. 50 aforesaid, and the northern boundary of
Lot 55; thence by the western, south-western and
southern boundaries of said Lot No. 55, and by part
of the western boundary of Allotment No. 49, and the
western boundary of Allotment No. 48, the northern,
western and southern boundaries of Lot No. 47, the
southern boundary of Lot No. 46, part of the western
boundary of Lot No. 45, part of the northern boundary
of lot No. 40, and the eastern boundary of said lot
No. 40, to the south-western angle of Lot No. 43;
thence by the centre of the road which forms part of
the northern boundary of Lot No. 56, the western
boundary of Lot No. 56 aforesaid, and the western
boundaries of Lots Nos. 58, 59, 61, and part of the
southern boundary of Allotment No. 62, to the eastern
boundary of Allotment No. 68, all of the said Parish of
Mangapiko; thence by eastern boundary of said Lot
No. 68, to the Mangapiko River, and by said river to
the centre of the road which forms the western
boundary of Allotment No. 321; thence by said road
and by the south-western boundaries of Allotments
Nos. 236 and 234 to the road which forms the north-
western boundary of Allotment No. 144, and by the
centre of the said road to the south-western angle of
allotment No. 145, all of the said parish; thence by the
line which forms part of the northern boundary of
Allotment No. 322 of the parish aforesaid to the
Ruapaha Creek; thence by the Ruapaha Creek to its
confluence with the Punui River; towards the South
by the Punui River aforesaid to its confluence with
the Waipa River; and towards the West by the Waipa
River aforesaid, to the road which forms the south-
eastern boundary of Allotment No. 18 before men-
tioned, the place of commencement.

31. RANGIAOHIA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the centre of a road
commencing at the north-west angle of Lot 148, in
the Parish of Ngioto, and along the centre of the
road to its junction with the Hamilton and Ohaupo
road; thence in a straight line to the north angle of
Lot 137, in the said parish; thence bounded on the
