Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-fifth day of June, 1873.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

HIS Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, in
pursuance and exercise of all powers and
authorities vested in him by "The Marine Act,
1867," and "The Harbour Boards Act, 1870," or
either of them, doth hereby, with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the Colony,
approve of the Port Charges made by the Auckland
Harbour Board, to be levied in the place of the
Port Charges now levied, and to come into opera-
tion on and after the first day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-three, as the same are set
forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
Port Charges.

ON Vessels arriving from places out of New Zealand,
one halfpenny per ton.

Approved by me this fifth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

to be Clerk of the Resident Magistrate's Court at
Opotiki;

EDWARD CHARLES MEREDITH
to be Clerk of the Resident Magistrate's Court at
Upper Wanganui.
