HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

HIS Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities vested in him by " The Marine Act, 1867," and " The Harbour Boards Act, 1870," or either of them, doth hereby, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony, approve of the Harbour Master's Fees and Pilotage Rates made by the Auckland Harbour Board, to

be levied in the place of those now levied, and
to come into operation on and after the first day
of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
three, as the same are set forth in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

HARBOUR MASTER'S FEES.

For each time the Harbour Master or his Deputy goes
on board any vessel to re-
move her from one place of
anchorage to another. One halfpenny per ton.

PILOTAGE RATES.

For every sailing vessel from
places outside of Hauraki
Gulf, and not exempted ... Threepence per ton.
