River Lee; thence by the River Lee to a point due
north magnetic from the summit of Mount Rintoul;
thence to the summit of Mount Rintoul; thence by
the boundary line between the Provinces of Nelson
and Marlborough to Point Dickens; thence by the
sea coast to the Village of Bronti, including all the
islands adjacent.
Spencer Range, continuing along the watershed line
so as to leave the Waiauua and its tributaries and the
Grey and its tributaries on the southern side, and
the Buller and its tributaries on the northern side, to
the saddle between the Mawhera-iti and Inangahua
Rivers; thence in a straight line to the north-east
angle of Charleston District, the commencing point.

WAIMEA SOUTH DISTRICT.
Commencing at the bank of the Motueka River at
the section line between Sections 83 and 85, Square
VI.; thence along that line and continuation to
Stanley Brook; thence along Stanley Brook to the
track leading from Wangapeka towards Pigeon
Valley; thence along that track, and along the road
through Pigeon Valley to the River Wai-iti; thence
along the Wai-iti to its junction with the River Wairoa;
thence up the Wairoa to its junction with the River
Roding; thence up the River Roding to its junction
with the River Lee; thence up the River Lee to a
point due north from the summit of Mount Rintoul;
thence by a line to the summit of Mount Rintoul;
thence southward by the boundary of the Province
of Marlborough to the Top House; thence by the
said boundary line of the Province of Marlborough
to the River Acheron; thence by the River Acheron
and River Severn to the junction of the Severn and
Alma; thence by a spur to the watershed named
Alma Heights; thence following the said watershed,
to include all the southern and eastern drainage area
of the River Wairau and its tributaries to the Spencer
Range; thence by the watershed to include all the
drainage area of the River Sabine to Lake Rotorua;
thence by the western shore of Lake Rotorua to its
junction with the River Gowan; thence by the
River Gowan to its junction with the River Buller;
thence by the watershed between the Rivers Hope
and Owen to the line of the watershed between the
Buller and its tributaries, and the Motueka and its
tributaries; thence westerly and northerly by the
said watershed to the summit of Mount Arthur, so
as to include all the drainage area of the Motueka
River and its tributaries; thence by the southern
boundary of the Motueka District to the Motueka
River at its junction with the River Dove; thence
along the Motueka River to the division line between
Sections 83 and 85, Square VI. -
AMURI DISTRICT.
Commencing at the saddle between the Rivers
Hurunui and Teremakau; thence following the
south-eastern boundaries of the Cobden and Buller
Districts to the south-western boundary of the
Waimea South District; thence along the southern
boundary of the Waimea South District to the point
on the River Acheron which cuts the boundary line
between the Provinces of Nelson and Marlborough;
thence along the said boundary of the Province of
Marlborough to the mouth of the River Conway;
thence by the sea coast to the mouth of the River
Hurunui; thence by the boundary of the Province
of Canterbury to the saddle between the Hurunui
and Teremakau Rivers. -
REEFTON DISTRICT.
Commencing at the north-east angle of Charleston
District; thence by a line to the junction of Ori-
kaka River with the Buller; thence by the watershed
between the Buller and Mokihinui Rivers to the
western boundary of Waimea South District;
thence by the western boundary of Waimea South
District to the Spencer Range; thence along the -
COBDEN DISTRICT.
Commencing at the south headland of the Pora-
rari River, following the southern and eastern
boundaries of the Charleston District to the straight
line which is part of the south-west boundary of
the Buller District; thence along that line to the
saddle between the Mawhera-iti and Mangahua
Rivers; thence along the watershed which forms the
remainder of the south-west boundary of the Buller
District to the range which forms the watershed
between the River Waiauua and its tributaries, and
the River Grey and its tributaries; thence along
that range to the saddle between the Rivers Hurunui
and Teremakau; thence along the boundary of the
Canterbury Province to the mouth of the River
Grey; thence along the sea coast to the south head
of the Porarari River. -
CHARLESTON DISTRICT.
Commencing at the south headland of the Pora-
rari River; thence along the watershed line, which
includes all the drainage area of the Porarari River,
to the Paparoha Range; thence along the summit of
the Paparoha Range to the line which is part of the
south-western boundary of the Buller District;
thence along that line to the mouth of the River
Totara; thence by the sea coast to the south head-
land of the Porarari River. -
BULLER DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the River Heaphy,
and following the southern boundaries of the Aorere
and Takaka Districts to the summit of Mount
Arthur; thence by the western boundary of Waimea
South District to the north-west angle of Reefton
District; thence by the watershed between the Buller
and Mokihinui Rivers to the junction of Orikaka
River with the Buller; thence by a line to the north-
east angle of Charleston District; thence in a straight
line to the mouth of the Totara River; thence by the
sea coast to the mouth of the River Heaphy. -
AORERE DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the River Heaphy;
thence along the sea coast to Rangihaeta Head,
Golden Bay; thence by the watershed line, which
includes all the streams between Rangihaeta Head
and the mouth of the Aorere, the River Aorere and
its tributaries, and the Heaphy and its tributaries, to
the mouth of the said River Heaphy. -
TAKAKA DISTRICT.
Commencing at Rangihaeta Head, Golden Bay;
thence westward and southward along the boundary
of the Aorere District to the summit of the range
dividing the Takaka and Karamea Valleys; thence
following the watershed line, which includes the
drainage area of the River Takaka and its tribu-
taries, to Mount Arthur; thence along the main
range between the Takaka and Motueka and Riwaka
Valleys to Mount Richards; thence by a leading
spur to the south headland of Bark Bay; thence
along the coast to Rangihaeta Head, including all
the islands adjacent.
