- TURANGA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundary of the Waiapu District; towards the East
by high watermark of the sea from Mawai Point to
latitude 38Β° 57' South; towards the South by a
straight line from the point last mentioned to the
summit of the Whakapunake Mountain; and towards
the West by a straight line from the summit of the
Whakapunake Mountain aforesaid, in a north-
westerly direction, to the eastern boundary of the
Opotiki District, and by the eastern boundary of the
last-mentioned district to the point of commencement.

PROVINCE OF HAWKE'S BAY.
- MOHAKA AND WAIROA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by part of the south-
western boundary of the Tauranga District, and
the southern boundary of the Opotiki District;
towards the Northeast by the western and
southern boundaries of the Turanga District, and
by high watermark of the sea to Table Cape;
towards the South by high watermark of the sea
from Table Cape aforesaid to the Waikare River;
thence by said river to its source, and by a right line
thence to the north-western angle of the Province of
Hawke's Bay; thence by the southern boundary of
the Province of Auckland to the Upper Waikato
River; and towards the West by the Upper Waikato
River aforesaid to the southern margin of Lake
Taupo; thence by part of the southern and the
whole of the eastern margins of Lake Taupo and the
Upper Waikato River aforesaid, to the south-western
boundary of the Tauranga District, herein first
mentioned.
29 NAPIER DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the southern boundary
of the Mohaka and Wairoa District; on the East
along the sea coast to the mouth of the Manauarakau
Stream; South following that stream to the southern
boundary of the Waimarama Native Block to the
Makara Stream, following it to its junction with the
Tukituki River, down that river to the south-western
boundary of the Te Mata Block, and following the
Ngaruroro to its source; and on the West by the
Ruahine Ranges.

WAIPUKURAU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the southern boundary
of the Napier District; towards the East by the sea
coast to the southern boundary of the Hapuku
Block; on the South following that line to the Hua-
tokitoki River, thence up that river to its junction
with the Turaekaetai Stream, following that stream
and the Monga-angaanga to the Purimu Lake,
thence by a straight line to the Forty-Mile Bush,
along the edge of the bush to the Ruahine Ranges;
and on the West by the boundary of the Province. -
PORANGAHAU DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the southern boundary
of the Waipukurau District; East by the sea coast to
Waimata; on the South by the southern boundary
of the Province; West by the Ruahine Ranges.
PROVINCE OF WELLINGTON.

CASTLE POINT DISTRICT.
The boundary commences at the mouth of the
Waimata River; thence along the sea coast to the -
MASTERTON DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by a portion of the
Palmerston North District; on the East by the Castle
Point District; on the South by a portion of the Grey-
town District; and on the West by the Foxton Dis-
trict. -
GREYTOWN DISTRICT.
The boundary commences at the mouth of the
Whareama River; thence along the sea coast to Cape
Palliser, and continued to Taourakira Head; thence
along the Rimutaka and Tararua Ranges until it
intersects a line drawn west from the source of the
Waignawa River; thence along said line and along
the Waignawa River to its junction with the Ruama-
hanga River; thence on a line east to the Taueru
River; thence along the southern boundary of the
Castle Point District to the starting point. -
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by the River Waikanae,
from Cook Strait to the Tararua Ranges; on the
South by Cook Strait; on the East by the Rimutaka
and Tararua Ranges; on the West by Cook Strait. -
FOXTON DISTRICT.
The boundary commences at the Gorge of the
Manawatu; thence along the Tararua Ranges until
it meets a line drawn east from the source of the
Waikanae River; thence along said line and down
the Waikanae River to the sea coast; thence up the
coast to the mouth of the Rangitikei River; thence
up said river to "Bull's," Middle Rangitikei; thence
by the southern boundary of the Palmerston North
District to the starting point. -
PALMERSTON NORTH DISTRICT.
The boundary commences at the Gorge of the
Manawatu; thence down the Manawatu River to the
Oroua River; thence up the Oroua River to Awahuri,
where the main road line from Rangitikei to Palmer-
ston intersects it; thence along said main road line
to the Rangitikei River; thence up the Rangitikei
River to Waitapa; thence on a line east to the
Tararua Ranges; thence along the said ranges to the
starting point. -
RANGITIKEI DISTRICT.
Commencing at the mouth of the Rangitikei
River, and following its course to the boundary of
the Rangitikei (Land) District; thence along the
northern boundary of the Rangitikei (Land) District,
and by a continuation of the line to the Wangaehu
River; thence by the Wangaehu River to the sea;
and thence along the sea coast to the mouth of the
Rangitikei River. -
WANGANUI DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by the northern
boundary of the Province, from a point where it
intersects the confiscated lands in the Patea District,
to the Ruahine Ranges; on the South by the
