THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Now know ye that I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen,
of the Province of Taranaki, instituted
the Governor of New Zealand, in pursuance of the
“Town of New Plymouth Public Works Ordi-
nance Extension Ordinance, 1872,” and
power and authority in me vested by the said Act,
“New Plymouth Hospital Ordinance, 1872,”
do hereby appoint the following place to be an
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
Additional Polling Place for the Electoral District
has not been advised to exercise his power of dis-

has been pleased to assent to the same.

under the provisions of “The Vaccination Act,
1871,” His Excellency the Governor hath been
pleased to appoint the under-mentioned gentlemen to
be Public Vaccinators to perform gratuitous vaccina-
tion at the several places set opposite their names in
the Schedule hereto.
