9, 10 of section I., Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of
section III., No. 1 of section II.
BRANCH TO ONEHUNGA.
So much of the lands hereinafter mentioned as are
required for the said railway along the line of said
railway hereinbefore defined or within the limits of
deviation aforesaid, as the said lands are described in
the plan aforesaid and in this Schedule.
The One Tree Hill Highway District.
That portion of the lands formerly acquired for the
Auckland and Drury Railway lying therein.
The Onehunga Highway District.
That portion of the land formerly acquired for the
Auckland and Drury Railway lying therein: The
Mount Smart Reserve, the public road leading from
Princes Street to the new Government Wharf, that
portion of the Manukau Harbour between high and
low watermark, extending from the lands formerly
acquired for the Auckland and Drury Railway at the
junction of Queen Street and Princes Street to and
beyond the new Government Wharf aforesaid. Sec-
tions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, lying in the angle between
Princes Street and Queen Street. Sections 8, 9, 10,
11, 1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, all lying
south of Princes Street, and east and south of
Queen Street.
This Schedule includes all places, rivers, streams,
and roads, lying between the sections and lands
enumerated in each of the above-mentioned districts.

Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
me by "The Vaccination Act, 1871," I, Sir
George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix the several
places mentioned in the second column of the
Schedule hereto as and to be places at which each
Public Vaccinator appointed under the said Act for
the place or places mentioned in the first column of
the said Schedule shall attend for the purpose of
performing vaccination, as required by the said Act;
and further, do fix and appoint the days and hours
mentioned in the third column of the said Schedule
as the days and hours at and during which each
such Public Vaccinator shall attend for the purposes
aforesaid.

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME,
GREETING:
WHEREAS by "The Regulation of Elections
Act, 1870," it is enacted that it shall be law-
ful for the Governor, by Warrant under his hand,
from time to time to appoint Polling Places for each
Electoral District, within or within one mile of the
limits thereof, and to appoint any one of such Polling
places to be the Principal Polling Place for the
District, and all or any of such Polling Places from
time to time to abolish, and, if he think fit, to appoint
other Polling Places in lieu of those abolished, and
that every such Warrant shall be published in the
New Zealand Gazette: Provided always that no
Polling Place shall be appointed by the Governor
under the said Act unless he shall be first satisfied
that the place to be appointed is more convenient
than any other for at least twenty electors to record
their votes thereat:
