IT is hereby notified for general information, that
Duties payable under the Native Lands Acts
now due and owing by any person or persons in the
Provinces of Auckland, Wellington, and Hawke's
Bay, must be paid to the Colonial Treasurer or Sub-
Treasurer forthwith.
All persons neglecting to pay the same after 30th
September, 1871, will be liable to pay a penalty or
sum equal to three times the duty payable under
the said Acts, and are informed that from and after
the above-mentioned date the said penalties will be
enforced according to law.
