HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint
Captain WILLIAM GRIFFIN STACK,
of the New Zealand Militia, to be Instructor of
Musketry to the Armed Constabulary, with the rela-
tive rank of Inspector in that Force. This appoint-
ment to date from 1st February, 1871.
