DISSOLUTION of Partnership.---The Partnership
hitherto existing between us as Hotel Keepers,
under the style of "Bennett and Nixson," was dis-
solved by mutual consent on the 1st day of March,
1870.
All moneys due to the late firm must be paid to
Mr. Guy Bennett, who is hereby authorized to
receive the same, and who will also discharge all debts
due by the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore existing between us as Sheep and
Stock Farmers, at Mesopotamia, in the Province of
Canterbury, under the style of "Cator and Camp-
bell," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

I, THOMAS FRANCIS ROSKRUGE, hereby make ap-
plication to register "The Nugget and Cornish
Quartz Mining Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
bility Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely :---

The name and style of the Company is "The
Nugget and Cornish Quartz Mining Company,
Registered." -
The place of operations is at Nugget Gully,
Upper Shotover District, Province of Otago, in the
Colony of New Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the Company is six
thousand pounds, in four hundred and eighty shares
of twelve pounds ten shillings each. -
The amount already paid up is five thousand
two hundred and eighty pounds, being estimated
value of the mine, and first call of one pound per
share. -
The name of the Manager is Thomas Francis
Roskruge. -
The office of the Company is on the ground of
the Company. -
The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
this date, are as follows:---
