THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
I, the undersigned JOHN CUMMINS MORPHETT,
hereby make application to register "The Cen-
tral Star Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

That the name and style of the Company is
"The Central Star Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered." -
That the place of operations is at the Karaka
Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of
Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
That the nominal capital of the Company is
eight thousand pounds, in three thousand two hundred
shares of two pounds ten shillings each. -
That the amount paid up is six thousand four
hundred pounds, being estimated value of the Mine. -
That the name of the manager is John Cummins
Morphett. -
That the office of the Company is in Graham's
Town. -
That the names and several residences of the
shareholders, and the number of shares held by each
at this date, are as follows:-
