I, the undersigned WILLIAM FINNIMORE, hereby
make application to register "The Lombard
Street Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statements are, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
as follows:--
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Lombard Street Gold Mining Company." - The place of operations is at Wiseman's Gully,
at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is eleven
thousand pounds, in eleven thousand shares of one
pound each. - The amount already paid up is eight thousand
two hundred and fifty pounds, being the estimated
value of the Mine. - The name of the manager is William Finnimore.
- The office of the Company is in Pollen Street,
Graham's Town. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
