I,
the undersigned DAVID GEORGE SMALE, hereby
make application to register "The Southern
Interest Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of the "Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Southern Interest Gold Mining Company, Regis-
    tered."

  2. The place of operations is at Tararu, at the
    Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in
    the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is eleven
    thousand pounds, in eight thousand eight hundred
    shares of one pound five shillings each.

  4. The amount already paid up is eight thousand
    eight hundred pounds, being the estimated value of
    the Mine.

  5. The name of the manager is David George
    Smale.

  6. The office of the Company is at Abraham Street,
    Graham's Town, and High Street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the share-

    pound each.

  11. The amount already paid up is fifteen thousand
    pounds, being the estimated value of the Mine.

  12. The name of the manager is William Finni-
    more.

  13. The office of the Company is at Pollen Street,
    Graham's Town.

visions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare
that the following statement is, to the best of my
belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    South Britain Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is Karaka Creek, in the
    Thames District, in the Province of Auckland, in the
    Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve
    thousand pounds, in six thousand shares of two
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is, in cash, nil, and
    in partly paid up shares is nine thousand seven
    hundred and fifty pounds, being the estimated value
    of the Company's Mine.
  5. The name of the manager is George William
    Jones.
  6. The office of the Company is at 24, Queen
    Street, Auckland.

make application to register "The Golden Mint
Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Lia-
