I the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The John
o'Groats Extension Gold Mining Company, Re-
gistered," under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:--

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    John o'Groats Extension Gold Mining Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Wiseman's Gully,
    at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
    land, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is thirty
    thousand pounds, in thirty thousand shares of one
    pound each.
  4. The amount already paid up is twenty-six
    thousand two hundred and fifty pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
    Massey.
  6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
    Graham's Town.
