I the undersigned NATHANIEL WILLIAM MASSEY,
hereby make application to register "The John
o'Groats Extension Gold Mining Company, Re-
gistered," under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:--
- The name and style of the Company is "The
John o'Groats Extension Gold Mining Company,
Registered." - The place of operations is at Wiseman's Gully,
at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is thirty
thousand pounds, in thirty thousand shares of one
pound each. - The amount already paid up is twenty-six
thousand two hundred and fifty pounds. - The name of the manager is Nathaniel William
Massey. - The office of the Company is at Brown Street,
Graham's Town. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
