I, the undersigned Nathaniel William Massey,
hereby make application to register "The Southsea Castle Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Southsea Castle Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is at Tararu, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand pounds, in ten thousand shares of one pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is eight thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds.

  5. The name of the manager is Nathaniel William Massey.

  6. The office of the Company is at Brown Street, Graham’s Town.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Ebenezer Gold Mining Company."

  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand pounds, in twelve thousand shares of one pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is ten thousand five hundred pounds, being the estimated value of the Mine.

  5. The name of the manager is William Finnimore.

  6. The office of the Company is in Pollen Street, Graham’s Town.

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Waiotahi Cascades Gold Mining Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is on the Waiotahi Creek, Thames Gold Fields, Province of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is three thousand pounds, in six hundred shares of five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is one thousand two hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the manager is Francis Henry Burslem.
