5th section of "The Customs Regulation Act
Amendment Act, 1868," I hereby direct that the
following shall be the minimum quantities of goods
which may be delivered from the Warehouse for home
consumption, or for exportation, or removal coastwise
under bond, except in the case of balances of parcels
of goods originally warehoused, viz. :-

CUSTOMS. Whereas a certain building situate
at Beaver, Wairau, and known as
"Sinclair's Bond,"
was some time since appointed as a Warehouse for
the reception and security of goods entered to be
warehoused without payment of duty upon the first
entry thereof: Now, in exercise of the authority in
me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of
Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke
and annul, as from the day of the date hereof, the
appointment of the said building as such Warehouse
as aforesaid.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
thirty-first day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-nine.

CUSTOMS. In exercise of the powers in me for
this purpose vested by "The Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned
Warehouses, viz. :-
PORT OF AUCKLAND.
A brick building, situate on allotment No. 7 of
section No. 17, in the Town of Auckland, formerly
known as "Gilfillan's Bond," but now in the occupa-
tion of
Mr. SAMUEL HAGUE SMITH,
to be a Warehouse for the reception of goods under
bond.

PORT OF KAIKOURA.
A weather-boarded detached building, situate upon
section 224 in the Town of Kaikoura, and fronting
Fyffe's Quay, in the occupation of
Mr. JAMES DAVIDSON,
to be a Warehouse for the reception of goods under
bond.

PORT OF NELSON.
That portion of the premises described below in
the occupation of Mr. THOMAS HENRY SCOTT, viz. :-
The upper floor and part of the ground floor of the
Government Iron Store, situate on the north side of
the Haven Road, at the Port of Nelson, to be a
Warehouse for the reception of goods under bond.

Given under my hand at Wellington, this
thirty-first day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-nine.
