I, the undersigned WALTER SULLY, hereby make ap-
plication to register "The Great Britain and
Brunswick Gold Mining Company, Registered," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Great Britain and Brunswick Gold Mining Company,
Registered." - The place of operations is at Moanatariari Creek,
at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is sixteen
thousand four hundred pounds, in four thousand one
hundred shares of four pounds each. - The amount already paid up is twelve thousand
