Consols Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under
the provisions of “The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is “The
Victorian Consols Gold Mining Company, Regis-
tered.” - The place of operations is at the boundary of
the Tararu and Karaka Blocks (Tararu Block), at
the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is eight
thousand six hundred and forty pounds, in five thou-
sand seven hundred and sixty shares of one pound
ten shillings each. - The amount already paid up is five thousand
seven hundred and sixty pounds. - The name of the manager is James Sutherland.
- The office of the Company is at Albert Street,

Alburnian and Pride of the West No. 2 Gold Mining
Company, Registered.” - The place of operations is at the head of the
Moanatairi, at the Thames Gold Field, in the
Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. - The nominal capital of the Company is eighteen
thousand (18,000) pounds, in fourteen thousand four
hundred (14,400) shares of twenty-five shillings
(25s.) each. - The amount already paid up is fourteen thousand
four hundred pounds (£14,400), represented by the
estimated value of the Company’s mine and plant. - The name of the manager is Richard Laishley,
junior. - The office of the Company is at Pollen Street,
Shortland, Thames. - The names and several residences of the share-
