I, the undersigned JOSEPH LYLE, hereby make |
application to register "The Southern Enter-
prise Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the best of
my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—

1. That the name and style of the Company is
   "The Southern Enterprise Gold Mining Company,
   Registered."

2. That the place of operations is at the Waiotahi,
   at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland,
   in the Colony of New Zealand.

3. That the nominal capital of the Company is
   £7,500 in 1,500 shares of £5 each.
