PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister,
within the meaning of the said Act, is published
for general information :----

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an OFFICIATING
MINISTER within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 4, of the 29th of January; No. 5, of
the 8th of February; No. 15, of the 19th of March;
No. 16, of the 25th of March; No. 18, of the 1st of
April; No. 22, of the 17th of April; No. 23, of the
27th of April; No. 25, of the 13th of May; No.
31, of the 3rd of June; No. 32, of the 11th of June;
and No. 34, of the 26th of June, in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this
fifth day of July, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-nine.

Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies,
Auckland, 19th June, 1869.

I, JOHN MUIR WAYLAND, Registrar of Joint
Stock Companies for the Provinces of Auckland
and Hawke's Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I have registered a Memorandum
of Association, with Articles of Association, establish-
ing a Company, with limited liability of the share-
holders therein, intituled

"The Thames Gold Smelting Company, Limited."

The objects for which the Company is established
are the erection and working of smelting furnaces
and quartz-crushing mills, with all necessary appli-
ances, at or near the Thames Gold Field, in the
Province of Auckland, New Zealand, and for the
doing of all incidental acts and things conducive to
the attainment of the above objects.

And that, in pursuance of the provisions of "The
Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I have issued a
Certificate of Incorporation of the said Company,
bearing date this nineteenth day of June, one thou-
sand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

NOTICE of Dissolution of Partnership. - The
Partnership hitherto existing between the
undersigned as Sheep-farmers at Wairaki Station, in
the Province of Southland, under the firm of
"J. & W. Aylmer & Co.," is this day dissolved by
mutual consent.

Claims on the partnership will be settled by the
undersigned James Rattray, to whom also all amounts
owing to it are to be paid.

between Alexander McMaster and William Henry
Teschemaker, in the trade or business of Sheep-

"McMaster and Teschemaker," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent.

application to register "The Pioneer Gold
Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-

  1. That the name and style of the Company is,
    "The Pioneer Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. That the place of operations is at the Tinker's
    Gully, Tararu Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in
    the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is
    £4,000, in 800 shares of £5 each.

  4. That the amount paid up is £2,000.

  5. That the name of the manager is Joseph Lyle.

  6. That the office of the Company is in Owen
    Street, Graham's Town.

  7. That the names and several residences of the
    shareholders, and the number of shares held by each
    at this date, are as follows, namely :-
