make application to register "The Star of the
Sea Quartz Mining Company, (Registered)," under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited
Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare, that the following statement is, to the best
of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Star of the Sea Quartz Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operation is at the Karaka Creek,
    Thames Gold Fields.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is five
    thousand pounds (£5,000), in one thousand shares of
    five pounds (£5) each.
  4. The amount already paid up is four thousand
    pounds (£4,000).
  5. The name of the manager is Robert Henry
    Eyton.
  6. The temporary office of the Company is at 35,
    Queen Street, Auckland.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
