    Independent Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Punga Flat, Thames
    Gold Fields.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is five
    thousand four hundred pounds, in five hundred and
    forty shares of ten pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is four thousand
    eight hundred and sixty pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Albert Beetham,
    Pollen Street, Shortland.
  6. The office of the Company is at Beetham,
    Walker and Co.'s, Pollen Street, Shortland.
  7. The names and several residences of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at
    this date, are as follows, namely:—

DISSOLUTION of Partnership.—Notice is hereby
given, that the Partnership heretofore existing
between us, the undersigned Arthur Beauchamp,
James McBeth, and William Welford, Merchants,
carrying on business at Picton, in the Province of
Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand, under
the firm of "Beauchamp, McBeth, and Company,"
has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to the said firm are to be paid to the
said William Welford, at Picton aforesaid, by whom
all debts due from the said firm will be paid, and by
whom the business will henceforth be carried on in
his own name.

DISSOLUTION of Partnership.—Notice is hereby
given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting
between us the undersigned, as Printers, at Picton,
under the style or firm of "Card and Gray," and at
Kaikoura under the style or firm of "W. W. Gray,
and Co.," has this day been dissolved by mutual
consent.

All debts due to the late firm of "Card and Gray"
are to be paid to the undersigned, Alfred Thomas
Card, Picton, by whom all claims upon the same will
be discharged; and all debts due to the late firm of
"W. W. Gray and Co." are to be paid to the
undersigned William Walter Gray, Kaikoura, by
whom all claims upon the same will be discharged.

between Alexander McMaster and William Henry
Teschemaker, in the trade or business of Sheep

"McMaster and Teschemaker," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent.

PART I.—PRICE TEN SHILLINGS.

THE Public are informed that the First Part of
the above Work, printed under the authority
of the Government, and comprising the Cases argued
before the Court of Appeal during the last two
years, is now complete and ready for issue. The
Reports are printed on the English model, royal
8vo. size, and contain 164 pages of printed matter.
They have been carefully revised and arranged for
press by His Honor Mr. Justice Johnston. It is
intended to continue the issue, in parts, after each
annual sitting of the Court of Appeal, the folio
to run on continuously from Part I., in order that
the Reports for four years (or five if necessary) may
be bound up in one volume; and when the volume
is complete, a copious Index for the whole will be
prepared.

Orders for the above Work will be received by
the Government Printer, Wellington, and must be
accompanied with a remittance for the amount. The
Book will be forwarded, post free, to any part of the
Colony.
