I,
the undersigned WILLIAM WATSON, of Short-
land, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony
of New Zealand, Civil Engineer, hereby make appli-
cation to register "The Saint Andrews Gold Mining
Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and
I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:-
- That the name and style of the Company is
"The Saint Andrews Gold Mining Company (Regis-
tered)." - The place of operation is at Karaka Creek.
- The nominal capital of the Company is six
thousand pounds, in twelve hundred shares of five
pounds each. - The amount already paid up is two thousand
seven hundred pounds. - The name of the manager is William Watson
above named. - The office of the Company is at the corner of
Albert Street and Brown Street of Graham's Town,
near Shortland aforesaid. - That the names and several residences of the
shareholders, and the number of shares held by each
