I, the undersigned ALBERT BEETHAM, hereby make
application to register "The Deep Lead Gold
Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-
- The name of the Company is "The Deep Lead
Gold Mining Company, Registered." - The place of operations is at the Kurunui Creek,
Thames Gold Fields. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-
seven thousand pounds in two thousand seven hun-
dred shares of ten pounds each. - The amount already paid up is twenty-four
thousand three hundred pounds. - The name of the manager is Albert Beetham,
Pollen Street, Shortland. - The office of the Company is at Beetham,
Walker, and Co., Pollen Street, Shortland. - The names and several residences of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at
