I, the undersigned FREDERICK RING, hereby make
application to register "The Carpenters' Gold
Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act,
1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my
knowledge and belief, true in every particular,
namely:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Carpenters' Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is six
    thousand pounds, in five hundred shares of twelve
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is three thousand
    six hundred pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Frederick Ring.
  6. The office of the Company is in the City of
    Auckland, in the Province of Auckland.
