I, the undersigned ROBERT BLEAZARD, hereby make
application to register "The Victoria Quartz
Crushing Company, Registered," under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability
Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare
that the following statement is, to the best of my
knowledge and belief, true in every particular:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Victoria Quartz Crushing Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is the Thames Gold
    Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is two
    thousand five hundred pounds, in two hundred and
    fifty shares of ten pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is two thousand
    pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is Robert Bleazard.
  6. The office of the Company is at the Victoria
    Battery, Moanatairi Creek, Thames Gold Field.
  7. The names and addresses of the shareholders,
    and the number of shares held by each at this date,

The Maps originally formed part of the Scientific
Publications of the "Novara" Expedition, and will
be found a valuable addition to Dr. Hochstetter's
recently translated work on New Zealand.
Copies can be obtained on application to the
Government Printer, Wellington. All orders to be
accompanied by a remittance, in cash, or Post Office
order. Postage or duty stamps cannot be received
in payment from any place at which Post Office
orders are issued.

    strong's Claim Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi
    Creek, Shortland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is one
    thousand pounds, in one hundred shares of ten
    pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is six hundred
    pounds.
