Four thousand three hundred and twenty acres,
more or less, commencing at the Otira River, and
extending easterly along the southern side of the
Teremakau Valley to the summit of the dividing
range, a distance of thirteen miles and forty chains,
and being of the width of forty chains. For railway
purposes.

Twenty-eight acres, more or less, commencing on
the eastern boundary of Section 7798, on the Grey
River, and extending easterly along the Grey Valley
to Native Reserve No. 33, a distance of one mile and
twelve chains. For railway purposes.

Twenty-four acres, more or less, commencing at a
point on the southern boundary of Native Reserve
No. 30, the same being at the intersection of the
Railway and Road Reserve along the coast, and
extending southerly and easterly to the southern
boundary of Native Reserve No. 30, a distance of
one mile, and being of a width of three chains. For
railway purposes.

One hundred and fifty-two acres, more or less,
commencing at the southern boundary of Reserve
No. 280 (in red), Town of Greymouth, extending along
the coast southwards to the northern boundary of
Section No. 7497, a distance of six miles twenty-
eight chains, and being of a width of three chains.
For the purpose of a road and railway.

One hundred and ninety-four acres, more or less,
commencing at the southernmost boundaries of
Reserve No. 353 (in red), and Section No. 7492,
extending along the coast southwards to Native
Reserve No. 30, Arahura, a distance of eight miles
eight chains, and being of a width of three chains.
For the purpose of a road and railway.

Eighty acres, more or less, commencing at the
southernmost boundary of Native Reserve No. 30,
Arahura, and extending along the coast to the
northern boundary of Reserve No. 271 (in red),
Town of Hokitika, a distance of three miles twenty-
eight chains, and being of the width of three chains,
subject to Reserves (in red) Nos. 454, 455, and 802. For
the purpose of a road and railway.

Three hundred and fifty acres, more or less,
commencing on the southern boundary of Reserve (in
red) 272, Town of Hokitika South, and extending
southerly down the coast to the Mikonui River, a
distance of fourteen miles and fifty-one chains, and
being of a width of three chains. For the purpose
of a road and railway.

Two acres, more or less, situate at Saltwater
Creek; bounded on the North by the creek; on the
East by Railway and Road Reserve; on the West by
a line distant two chains from eastern boundary and
extending southerly a distance of ten chains. For a
railway station.

Two acres, more or less, situate at the Waimea
Creek; bounded on the North by the creek; on the
East by Railway and Road Reserve; on the West by
a line distant two chains from eastern boundary and
extending southerly ten chains. For a railway
station.

Two acres, more or less, situate at the Arahura;
bounded on the South by the northern boundary of
Native Reserve; on the East by Railway and Road
Reserve; on the West by a line distant two
chains from eastern boundary and extending
northerly ten chains. For a railway station.

Two acres, more or less, situate at the Arahura;
bounded on the North by the southern boundary of
Native Reserve; on the East by Railway and Road
Reserve; on the West by a line distant two chains
from the eastern boundary and extending southerly
ten chains. For a railway station.

Two acres, more or less, situate at Hou-Hou Creek;
bounded on the North by the creek; on the East by
the Railway and Road Reserve; on the West by a
line distant two chains from the eastern boundary
and extending southerly ten chains. For a railway
station.

Two acres, more or less, situate at the Totara;
bounded on the westward by the Railway and Road
Reserve from the beach to Ross; on the north-
ward and eastward by a curved line, to include the
quantity for railway purposes.

Two acres, more or less, commencing at a point on
the western boundary of Reserve No. 8 (in red),
the same being one chain distant from the
northernmost boundary of Reserve No. 455 (in red) :
thence along the said boundary a
distance of 400 links ; thence westerly at an angle of
31°, a distance of 503 links ; thence southerly
at an angle of 99°, a distance of 400 links ; thence
returning easterly a distance of 495 links to the
commencing point. For the deposit of night soil.

One rood and twenty perches, more or less, situate
in the Town of Okarito, commencing at a point on
the North-eastern side of Wharf Street, the same
being in line with the South-east boundary of section
No. 297 ; thence north-westerly following the said street
a distance of five chains; thence north-easterly at a
right angle a distance of fifty links; thence following
a line bearing South 71° 22' East (magnetic) a
distance of two chains fifty-five links; thence following
another line bearing 48° 46' (magnetic) a
distance of two chains fifty-five links, and from thence
returning in a straight line a distance of fifty links to
the commencing point. For uses of the Colonial
Government.

Two roods, more or less, being sections Nos. 1 and
2, situate in and fronting on the strand in the Town
of Okarito. For uses of the Colonial Government.

One rood, more or less, being sections Nos. 129
and 130, situate in and fronting on Victoria Street,
in the Town of Okarito. For uses of the Colonial
Government.

One rood, more or less, being sections Nos. 109
and 110, situate in and fronting on Arther Street, in
the Town of Okarito. For uses of the Colonial
Government.

One rood, more or less, being sections Nos. 77 and
78, situate in and fronting on Victoria Street, in the
Town of Okarito. For uses of the Colonial Govern-
ment.

One rood, more or less, being sections Nos. 148
and 149, situate in and fronting on Russell Street, in
the Town of Okarito. For uses of the Colonial
Government.

Thirty-six perches, more or less, being sections
Nos. 191 and 192, situate in and fronting on Albion
Street and Arthur Street, in the Town of Okarito.
For uses of the Colonial Government.

Nineteen acres, more or less, situate in the Town
of Greymouth, commencing on the southern boundary
of the said town at its junction with Reserve No. 6
(in red); and from thence North-easterly to the
southern boundary of Native Reserve No. 31, a
distance of ninety-six chains, and being of a width
of two chains. For a railway and road.

Thirty acres, more or less, situate in Township
Reserve No. 272 (in red), Hokitika South, and
commencing at a point on the southern boundary of
the said township about sixteen chains eastward of the
intersection of Mahinapua Creek with the said boun-
dary; and from thence in a northern and easterly
direction to the Hokitika River, a distance of one
