THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

"The New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856."
I, ROBERT PARRIS, a person duly appointed in
this behalf under the provisions of "The New
Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856," hereby certify
and report that I have ascertained that the aboriginal
inhabitants entitled to the piece or parcel of land
described in the Schedule hereunder written have
assented that the said piece or parcel of land shall be
subject to the provisions of the said Act.
As witness my hand this 14th day of April,
1866.

SCHEDULE above referred to.
All that piece of land situate at Paritutu, Omata
Block, bounded towards the North by a Government
Reserve, 650 links; towards the East by the said
Government Reserve, 1540 links; towards the South
by the said Government Reserve, 650 links; and
towards the West by the said Government Reserve,
1540 links.

ingoa i raro o te pukapuka nei noku te pihi whenua
rahui nama 6 kei Paritutu kua wakaae ahau kia

New Plymouth, 14th April, 1866.
I, the undersigned, the owner of No. 6 Reserve at
Paritutu, have agreed that the said Reserve shall be
brought under the provisions of "The Native
Reserves Amendment Act, 1862."

All that piece of land situate in the Hua Block,
bounded towards the north by the Mangaone Stream;
towards the East by rural allotments No. 93 and No.
15, 2235 links, rural allotment No. 94, 1520 links,
rural allotments Nos. 94, 95, 96, 97, 2650 links;
towards the South by rural allotments Nos. 98 and
101, 1515 links; and towards the west by the Man-
gauaha Stream, excepting and reserving the Egmont
Road.

Report adopted this first day of August, 1866, with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the Colony.
