Mining Purposes of the Crown Lands to the appli-

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births,
Deaths and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAMES of OFFICIATING
MINISTERS within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," have been sent in to me, in addition to
the names in Lists published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 9, of the 30th of January, and No. 13,
of the 3rd March, in the present year.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this
fourteenth day of March, 1866.

In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act,
1862;" and of "The Debtors and Creditors
Act Amendment Act, 1865;" and in the matter
of the petition of Benjamin Aaron Selig, of the
City of Wellington, in the Province of Welling-
ton, and Colony of New Zealand, jeweller.
NOTICE is hereby given that the said Benjamin
Aaron Selig did, on the fifth day of March
instant, present his petition praying for sequestra-
tion of his estate for the benefit of all his creditors,
and for relief according to the provisions of the said
Act; and that the said petition has been accepted
by His Honor Mr. Justice Johnston, who has
appointed the third day of May next, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, for a meeting of the creditors
of the said petitioner, to be held at the Grand Jury
Room, Wellington; and also appointed Tuesday, the
eighth day of May next, at the hour of ten o'clock in
the forenoon, in the Supreme Court at Wellington
aforesaid, for the hearing of the said petitioner, at
which time and place all parties concerned are to
attend.
