convey, assign, and make over his real and
personal estate and effects unto George Scott,
of Dunedin, merchant, upon trusts for the
collection and conversion into money of the
said estate and effects, and the distribution
of the net proceeds pro rata, and subject to
existing legal priorities (if any) amongst such
of the Creditors of the said Petitioner George
Limbrick as shall duly prove their debts by
affidavit filed in the office of the Registrar at
Dunedin of this Honorable Court, within the
space of three calendar months from the date
of this present order. And upon and sub-
ject to such other trusts and provisions as
this Court may at or before the final hearing
of the said Petitioner George Limbrick direct
and approve of.

Fraser, and the several affidavits there-
unto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Pren-
dergast, of Counsel for the said Petitioner,
and Mr. Smith and Mr. Kenyon, of Counsel
for two of the Creditors of the said Petitioner,
it is ordered that the said Petitioner do, on
Monday, the fourteenth day of September
instant, convey, assign, and make over all his
real and personal estate and effects unto
Henry Driver, of Dunedin aforesaid, cattle
salesman, and John Thomas Wright, of
Dunedin aforesaid, cattle salesman, upon
trusts for the collection and conversion into
money of the said estate and effects, and the
distribution of the net proceeds pro rata, and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any)
amongst such of the Creditors of the said
Petitioner as shall duly prove their respective
debts by affidavit filed in the office of the
Registrar at Dunedin, within the space of six
calendar months from the date of this order.
And upon and subject to such other trusts
and provisions as the Court may at or before
the final hearing of the said petition direct
or approve of.
