THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Petitioner, it is ordered that Alfred Cleve, of
Dunedin, be appointed Trustee of the estate
and effects of the said Thomas Slater, and
that the said Thomas Slater do, on or before
the twelfth day of December instant, convey
and assign all his real and personal estate and
effects to the said Alfred Cleve, upon trust
for the collection and conversion into money
of the said estate and effects, and the distri-
bution of the net proceeds pro rata, and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any)
amongst such of the Creditors of the said
Petitioner as should duly prove their respec-
tive debts by affidavit filed in the office of the
Registrar at Dunedin, within three calendar
months from the date hereof. And it is fur-
ther ordered that the person of the said
Thomas Slater shall be protected from arrest,
except for arresting and holding to bail un-
der a Judge's order for that purpose until
the said twelfth day of December instant.

Act, 1862, and in the matter of the
Petition of THOMAS CARROLL, of High
Street, Dunedin, livery stable keeper,
a debtor.

Saturday, the twelfth day of December, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

UPON reading the Petition of the above-
named debtor, Thomas Carroll, and the
affidavit of the said Thomas Carroll, sworn
herein on the seventeenth day of October,
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three,
and annexed to the said petition, and upon
hearing Mr. Barton, of Counsel for the said
Petitioner, it is ordered that on the ninth
day of January, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-four, the said Petitioner, Thomas
Carroll, do convey, assign, and make over
his real and personal estate and effects unto
Henry Driver, of Stafford Street, Dunedin,
horse and cattle salesman, and Joseph
Reany, of Rattray Street, Dunedin, saddler,
upon trusts for the collection and conversion
into money of the said estate and effects, and
the distribution of the net proceeds pro rata,
and subject to the existing legal priorities
(if any) among such of the Creditors of the
said Thomas Carroll as shall duly prove their
respective debts within three months from
the date of this order. And upon and sub-
ject to such other trusts and provisions as
this Court may at or before the final hearing
of the said petition direct or approve.

FISCHER, late of the Dunstan, miner.

UPON reading the Petition of the above-
named Petitioner, and the several affi-
davits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing
Mr. Ward, of Counsel for the said Petitioner,
it is ordered that within the space of seven
days from the date of this order, or within
such extended time as this Court may grant
for the purpose, he, the Petitioner, do con-
vey, assign, and make over his real and per-
sonal estate and effects unto Thomas Pole,
Robert Smith Dods, and John Eyles Came-
ron, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago,
merchants, upon trusts for the collection and
conversion into money of the said estate and
effects, and the distribution of the net pro-
ceeds pro rata, and subject to existing legal
priorities (if any) amongst such Creditors of
the said Petitioner, August Fischer, as shall
duly prove their debts by affidavit filed in
the office of the Registrar at Dunedin of this
Honorable Court, within the space of three
calendar months from the date of this present
order. And upon and subject to such other
trusts and provisions as this Court may at
or before the final hearing of the said peti-
tioner, August Fischer, direct and approve of.
And it is further ordered that the said
August Fischer be released from custody.
Dated at Dunedin the thirteenth day of
August, 1863.

Legorio, of Dunedin, cook, upon trusts for
the collection and conversion into money of
the said estate and effects, and the distribu-
tion of the net proceeds pro rata, and subject
to existing legal priorities (if any) amongst
such Creditors of the said Petitioner Francis
Joseph Fitzpatrick as shall duly prove their
debts by affidavit filed in the office of the
Registrar at Dunedin of this Honorable
