THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
UPON reading the Petition of the above-
named Petitioner, and the several affi-
davits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing
Mr. Ward, of Counsel for the said Petitioner, it
is ordered that the said Petitioner do cede
and convey all his real and personal estate
and effects unto Henry Hart and George
Robinson, both of Dunedin, merchants, upon
trusts for the collection and conversion into
money of the said estate and effects, and the
distribution of the net proceeds pro rata and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any)
amongst such of the Creditors of the said
Petitioner Samuel Collins as shall duly prove
their debts by affidavit filed in the office of
the Registrar at Dunedin of this Honourable
Court within the space of three calendar
months from the date of this present order.
And upon and subject to such other trusts
and provisions as this Court may at or before
the final hearing of the said Petitioner,
Samuel Collins, direct and approve of.
Dated at Dunedin the eighth day of Sep-
tember, 1863.

custody, and in the matter of the Debtors
and Creditors Act, 1862.
The twelfth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-three.
UPON reading the Petition of the above-
affidavit of the said James Lea Smither,
sworn herein on the twelfth day of October,
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three,
and upon hearing Mr. Barton, of Counsel
for the said Petitioner, it is ordered that
within the space of seven days from the date
of this order, or within such extended time
as this Court may grant for the purpose, the
said Petitioner, James Lea Smither, do con-
vey, assign, and make over all his real and
personal estate and effects unto Charles
James Hoyt, of Dunedin, coach proprietor,
and to John Jones, of Dunedin aforesaid,
commission agent, upon trusts for the collec-
tion and conversion into money of the said
estate and effects, and the distribution of the
net proceeds pro rata, and subject to existing
legal priorities (if any) amongst such of the
Creditors of the said James Lea Smither as
shall duly prove their respective debts by
affidavit filed in the office of the Registrar at
Dunedin, within the space of three calendar
months from the date of this order. And
upon and subject to such other trusts and
provisions as this Court may at or before
the final hearing of the the said petition direct or
approve of.

one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three,
and that the said Petitioner do, on or before
the said thirtieth day of November, convey,
assign, and make over all his real and per-
sonal estate and effects unto Charles James
Hoyt, of Dunedin, coach proprietor, and to
John Jones, of Dunedin aforesaid, commis-
sion agent, upon trust for the collection and
conversion into money of the said estate and
effects, and the distribution of the net pro-
ceeds pro rata, subject to the existing legal
priorities (if any) among such of the Creditors
of the said James Lea Smither as shall duly
prove their respective debts by affidavit filed
in the office of the Registrar at Dunedin,
