ripo to the Hoteo River, and on to Rataroa,
Ngatoka, Kaitoto, and to Paekauri, on
Paekauri it runs along the boundary of the land
sold to the Queen and on to that branch of
of Whangateau which is near to Pukekeo,
thence along the coast to Te Ti and Omaha
even round to Whakatuwhenua, and on till it
joins Pakiri. The Island of Hawere also is
included in this boundary.

IN EXERCISE of the power vested in me
by an Ordinance passed by the Lieut...
Governor of New Zealand with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, Sess.
8, No. 4, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for
the management of Savings' Banks," I, Thomas
Gore Browne, Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby nominate and appoint each
of the persons hereinafter named to be a Trus-
tee of the Auckland Savings Bank, in addition
to the persons appointed to be Trustees of the
said Bank, by Warrant, dated 3rd September,
1857.
