NOTICE is hereby given that Debentures
issued in New Zealand under the pro-
visions of the "Debenture Act, 1856," will at
any time, after the date of this notice, be
redeemed at par, on presentation thereof at the
Treasury, Auckland, interest being allowed up
to the date of redemption.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified that the limits of the Port of
Collingwood, are within a line drawn from the
Southern side of the entrance to the Parapara,
to the point of Farewell Spit, named on the
Admiralty Charts "Bushend Point."

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Tuesday the first day of
June next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, and
that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil Business,
will be holden at the Court House on Monday
the seventh day of June next, at Ten o'clock
in the forenoon, at which times and place all
persons under recognizance to appear as prose-
cutors, defendants, or witnessess, are hereby
required to give their attendance.

entitled "The Marriage Act, 1854," the fol-

within the meaning of the said Act, are pub-
lished for general information :--

I, John B. Bennett, Registrar-General of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Names of
OFFICIATING MINISTERS within the meaning
of "The Marriage Act, 1854," have been sent
in to me, in addition to the Names in Lists
published respectively in the "New Zealand
Government Gazette" Number 2, of the 26th
of January, Number 4, of the 11th of Feb-
ruary, Number 8, of the 19th March, and
Number 12, of the 13th April, in the present
year.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this
third day of May, 1858.
