Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chief Jabez Bunting.

50 acres, Fifty acres, situated near One-
hunga; bounded on the north by land be-
longing to the native chiefs William Hobson
and Te Mania; on the east by land belong-
ing to J. T. Jackson, on the south by Samuel
Allen Wood and Onehunga river; and on
the west by Mr. Forbes' and land belonging
to the natives.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs William Hobson and Te
Mania.

Manukau road.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Na Matue and William
Hobson.

the west side of One Tree Hill; bounded on

chased by Thomas Henry from the natives.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
Kawau, Te Keene, and other chiefs.

£2 sterling, seven blankets, one cloak, and
one gown piece.

appointed for examining and reporting
on all Claims to Compensation preferred ae-
cording to the provisions of an Ordinance,
Session 7, No. 22, intituled "An Ordinance
to authorize Compensation in Colonial De-
bentures to be made to certain Claimants to
and in the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I will investigate the un-
der-mentioned Claims in the Council Chamber,
on Thursday, the 6th day of May, 1847,
at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
The Cases will be heard in the order in
which they stand in the following List, and
all parties interested are hereby summoned to
be in attendance with their documents and
witnesses.
